LeftHandy for MAC
Free, open-source menu bar app for Mac that mirrors the system cursors for left-handed use and swaps the left and right mouse buttons.
LeftHandy Overview
LeftHandy is a small menu bar app that adds left-handed mouse and cursor support to your Mac. It mirrors the system cursors, including the arrow, the pointing hand, the resize handles and the crosshair, so their tip points the way that feels natural to a left-handed user. It can also swap the left and right mouse buttons in real time, without changing anything in System Settings.
LeftHandy is made by writronic and is free and open source under GPL-3.0. It reapplies the flipped cursors after a display change, an app switch or waking from sleep, and it can start at login. Everything sits in a short menu bar list: Active, Swap Mouse Buttons, Start at Login, About and Quit, and both settings are kept across restarts. Version 1.0.1 is a bug-fix release. The app needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later, supports macOS 26 Tahoe, and ships as a universal binary for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Every release is code-signed, notarized and stapled by Apple.
LeftHandy needs Accessibility permission to flip cursors and swap the buttons. On first launch a welcome window walks you through granting it and notices the change on its own.

MosMos makes scrolling with a mouse wheel on your Mac feel as smooth as a trackpad, while keeping the precision of a mouse. On macOS a mouse wheel often scrolls in abrupt jumps; Mos intercepts the wheel events and turns them into smooth, continuous movement. It also lets you set the scroll direction for the mouse separately from the trackpad, so you can keep natural scrolling on one and not the other. NotchlyNotchly is a lightweight native app that turns the notch on a MacBook screen into a small, interactive control area, similar to the Dynamic Island on iPhone.
